According to West Ham Help on Twitter, tickets bought before 4pm today will be e-tickets, those bought after 4pm will be collections.

I'm back in the UK and have a free evening tonight, so have been mulling this match over all day.
I just don't fancy the yomp from the "local" transport links to & from the ground though.
Had they extended the DLR to the dug out, I'd have been all over it.

To be fair Northern I'd just arrived at the ticket office after accidentally getting on a train to Stafford before realising my mistake and coming back to Stratford and they sympathised with my understandable mistake so I don't think they would have been lying to me.

Just picked up tickets from stadium this morning as I'm not going but they were booked in my name. The head person at TO said it's the most tickets to be picked up that they've ever had. So get there v early unless you want a massive queue, if you don't already have your ticket.

Never mind emailing the ticket office. Send one to David Sullivan, and tell him you're planning a MARCH to protest the fucking SHAMBLES that is the WHU ticket office.
He'll get it sorted for you SHARPISH.

Fras, if you pick them up on the day go well early as there will be a massive queue.
First home game of the season the pal who sits next to me's season ticket didn't work and he missed almost the entire first half. He wasn't happy. Come to think of it, by full time none of us were!

Yea I will, doubt they'll send them to oz, they were meant to before I never received them and when I called they said they don't post to there and I need to pick them up. None of which it said when I bought them.

Lato, yes that's what I'd done before they came with the email, but th is said they were going to be posted to Oz.
Didn't even give me any option when buying them and won't have time on day, will just email them and see what happens.
